Peter

Peter is a multi-sector entrepreneur and consultant spanning property development, alternative property finance, and live events. He founded a property development and letting agency in 2001, scaled the business over several years, and successfully executed a planned exit by selling to a corporate buyer. Following the sale, Peter continued with property development—sourcing, improving, and redeveloping assets across England and Wales, including the regeneration of brownfield sites. He brings practical expertise in end-to-end development strategy, from identifying opportunities and managing delivery to value uplift and portfolio optimisation. Building on this foundation, Peter established a fund to support newer developers who may not have access to traditional lending routes, providing bridging finance to help unlock viable projects and accelerate delivery timelines. Alongside property and finance, Peter has extensive experience in music promotion and event organisation. During the pandemic, he worked with local authorities to design and deliver safe live entertainment formats, including organising the UK’s first drive-in concerts—earning national press coverage and enabling the model to be replicated more widely. He continues to champion emerging artists and supports organisers in delivering commercially successful, audience-safe events.
